    HOMETOWN

I am Florida raised and have absolutely loved living in the sunshine state. Getting to see how much Tampa has grown and getting to be in such a diverse city has truly had an impact on who i’ve become. I studied at Mars hill university, did weightlifting for 6 years, worked in hospitality since I was 16 and was always a busy body.

    Who I am

I like to think my life and experiences haven’t defined me but more so inspire the person I want to become. I don’t believe a person can be one way for the rest of their life and I hope I can always evolve as person and now business owner. Aside from work I am a mommy to a wonderful baby boy, am apart of an amazing weightlifting community and capture pictures as a photographer. All my outlets of hobbies are helping me become the best version of myself.

    Who I hope to become

As much as I love to be your bartender it goes deeper than serving a shot and collecting a paycheck. I think people deserve to be celebrated and I want to bring back joy, luxury and fun back into the hospitality industry. I hope to be on the Forbes 30 under 30 list to show women, single moms, and people of asian decent that they can make a name for themselves and have earned a seat at the table. So yes I love to curate drinks but more than anything I hope to create an unforgettable experience.

One life. Live it

The Olli was inspired by favorite saying, “one life, Live it”. Pregnant at a young age and faced with lots of diversity; life often threw curveballs. I didn’t know how to get out of my own way and I often found myself making excuses and left confused on what to do next in life. One day I was prompted with the question, “if I have this one life, how do I want to live it”? that question changed the trajectory of my life and finally something clicked. I want to live and show people that this life that you love so much isn’t going to be around forever.

I hope that you take life for what it has to give you and LIVE IT to the fullest potential.
